Refund Policy

At Blue Oak–Sphaera, customer trust is at the heart of everything we do. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and in compliance with health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds once products are dispatched. This ensures product safety, authenticity, and uncompromised quality for all our customers.

Refunds will only be considered if: 

– The product is not delivered after a reasonable waiting period despite confirmed payment.

– Order is cancelled before the product is dispatched. The product will be shipped in 2-5 business days after the payment has been processed.

Returns

If you refuse delivery of an unopened item, please notify us immediately at returns@sphaerapharma.com Return eligibility will be determined at our discretion, keeping both product safety guidelines and customer interest in mind.  

Replacements

Replacements may be offered if the product received is defective, damaged, or compromised in quality at the time of delivery. All replacement requests are subject to verification. Once a replacement is issued, the original product is no longer eligible for refund or further claims.

Replacements will only be considered if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.  

All such cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing returns@sphaerapharma.com with order details and supporting photos. Valid claims will be processed promptly after verification.  

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to our no-refund policy.

  • Subscriptions (monthly or annual) can be canceled anytime through the portal.
  • Cancellation stops auto-renewals but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing cycle, even if unused.
  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Customers can turn off auto-renewal in advance to prevent future charges.
